$125.00 Per Night for the first 3 guests + $25.00 per night for each additional guest.
Rates do not include 6% local hotel / motel tax and 6% WV state sales tax.

•  Three night minimum preferred, but can be flexible during low demand periods.
•  No refunds for early departure or inclement weather.
•  $250 deposit to hold reservation.
•  Deposits can be paid by Check, Money Order, or PayPal. (Visa, Master card, etc... will be accepted in the near future.)
•  Deposits are refundable if request is made within 30 days of arrival date.
•  Deposit must be received within 10 days after reservations are made.
